How to deal with fear during communication ?
Hello friends, I am back with a new post in this post i am going to discuss how to deal with fear during communication ? lets discuss....
To overcome the fear during communication we need to understand the two terms if we deeply understand the purpose of these two terms our fear automatically get vanished.
The first term is Message and second is Messenger.
Message
Message is a data or information which you are going to communicate if you want to convey your message without any fear your message shall have following characteristics
- Your message should be real no vague content added in it by you or by any other.
- Your message shall be based on practical aspects.
- You are full confident about accuracy of your message
- Your message shall be complete which are required in communication.
Messenger
Messenger is a person who is going to communicate the message to his audience or his client or his boss and so on. messenger shall take care following aspect while delivering his message to audience.
- Always prepare for his message know each and every aspect of his message which he is going to deliver.
- Never loose confidence and faith on himself.
- Never feel superiority complex if message is deliver to his subordinate.
- Never feel inferiority complex if message is deliver to his senior.

Role of communication in Business
In order to deal with the client effective communication is essential to understand their needs and delivering quality product so that market goodwill and market size of the business will increase.
Communication is a life blood of business in each step of management like in planning, organizing staffing, directing and controlling communication is essential because each activity is directly linked with other.
Communication with staff is essential because if they get clarity in a organisation goal and effective training,productivity will automatically increase.

- Please: This phrase is generally used for request to someone. for example if you say"can you give me glass of water?" it shows you give command to someone but if you add please like "can you give me a glass of water please?" it shows you are very gentle person.
- Thank you: This phrase is used when someone compliments you, when someone wishing you and when someone giving something to you and when they do something for you.
- Excuse me: when you want to pass by and when you are introducing some request for example you want to get train and crowd is there instead of pushing them you can say excuse me could you give me some place i want to get there. and another example is when someone is in the middle of the conversation you don't want to interrupt them you can say excuse me can i get you something.
- I'am sorry: when you make a mistake and you want to apologies for that you can say "I'am sorry" for example in a train you put your foot on someone else foot you can say I'am sorry i was in hurry.
- Ask for permission: whenever you trying do something which might be not be suitable for other person and other person is not comfortable you doing it always ask for permission. for example "Hey if you don't mind can i just borrow your phone?"
- Keep conversation going: Avoid giving one word answer for example someone asks you something what do you do? and you replied " I work" that is not the way to reply you can say I work for finance company, I love my job ....so on about your work.

How to read someone's Mind through their body language? Part-2
Hello friends in this post i am going to share" how to read someone's Mind through their body language" i am sharing this post in 2 parts

Legs
- If someone legs position V-Shaped and ankles towards in side it shows that he wants more and more people come towards him and want to talk with more people.
- If someone legs position is Straight it shows that whether someone talk with him or not it doesn't matter for him.
- If someone legs position is A-Shaped it shows that such person is reserved nature person not want talk with others.
Closeness
It depend upon the distance between you and person to whom you are talking
- 6 to 18 inches it shows that such person have close relation with you and not want to loose your company.
- 1.5 feet to 4 feet it shows you are just friends may be close friend but no intimacy feeling for each other.
- 4 feet to 12 feet it shows they are just talk with you and not interested in long term friendship or relation.
Smile
How others feel to talk with you depend upon their reaction i.e. we can identify with their smile
- If someone smile for more than 6 to 7 second it shows he is satisfied with your talk
- If someone smile for between 3 to 6 second it means his smile might be fake.
- If someone smile for less than 1 to 2 second it means he might be sad or angry.

How to read someone's Mind through their body language? Part-1
Hello friends in this post i am going to share" how to read someone's Mind through their body language" i am sharing this post in 2 Parts here is Part -1 lets read
Eyes
" eyes are the mirror of the heart"
- when someone eye balls turns up towards left side it means he/she remembering something
- when someone eye balls turns up towards right side it means he/she constructing or imagine something or try creating some new thoughts sometimes we need to aware from that because may be they are trying to cheat with us with by constructing fake story.
- when someone is looked in to your eyes and talking with you it means he/she is interested to talk with you.
- when someone turn their eyes or look another side it shows such person is not interested in your talks.
- when someone is continuously watching you more than 10 seconds it means either he/she is angry with you or sometime when we attract by someone looks or personality we are continuously watching them.
Lips
- If someone turned his/her lips inside their mouth it shows they are disagree with your opinion or talks.
- If someone bite his/her lips from their teeth it shows they are stressed about something
- If someone hide their lips by their hands it shows he/she is trying to hide his/her emotions.
Hands
- when someone fold his hands it show he is in defensive mode simply they don't want to open with you.
- when someone clinched his hands tightly it shows he/she is annoyed want to control his anger.
- when someone beat his/her fingers on table again and again it means they are very frustrated with something.

4 Essential Body Language Tips
Hello friends in this post i am going to share how we overcome the nervousness during presentation and power posture which will make your presentation powerful lets read
Keep your body open: Great speakers keep their body open ,closed body is a sign of nervousness and make our presentation monotonous. so keep your body open for powerful presentation.
Open your Palms: Don't show the back of your hand. through open palms you can easily connect with the audience and boost your confidence level.
Get Comfortable with Stage: Being comfortable allows you move around the stage and use the body language but if you are not comfortable your body language starts constrict and you start to cover your body.
Don't touch the Podium: when your presentation on podium, "Don't touch the Podium," if you toch the podium you are gone a be leaning on it. so keep a comfortable distance between you and podium and use your hands to gesture and don't rest your hands on a podium.

Now the question is how they use it ?, because all people have some idea's but why they share some out of box things which even we can't think about it and how they can easily influence the people. here some reasons to give answer of your all doubts lets read.
- Focus on Single idea: They picked up the one idea and that idea is running through the entire talk. every thing which they share linked with that idea.
- Give the people reason to listen: They build the curiosity among the listener's by their talks and by asking questions they create a knowledge gap and when you are curious they bridge the knowledge gap that's why people are listen to them.
- Build the idea with familiar concepts : It is a one of the great secret used by great teachers and eminent speakers they build new idea in your mind with the help of familiar talks which you already know for example teacher is explaining a new concept by using examples which you already know.
- Worth sharing idea: They always believe in deliver some value to the listeners not by their monetary benefit but for their inner satisfaction that thing always keep them separate from the crowd and that is a biggest reason they are always on top.
