How to deal with fear during communication ?

Hello friends, I am back with a new post in this post i am going to discuss how to deal with fear during communication  ? lets discuss....


To overcome the fear during communication we need to understand the two terms if we deeply understand the purpose of these two terms our fear automatically get vanished. 
The first term is Message and second is Messenger.


Message

Message is a data or information which you are going to communicate if you want to convey your message without any fear your message shall have following characteristics 

  1. Your message should be real no vague content added in it by you or by any other.
  2. Your message shall be based on practical aspects.
  3. You are full confident about accuracy of your message 
  4. Your message shall be complete which are required in communication.
Always remember that incorrect, False & incomplete information reason of fear in a communication so always take care about your message.

Messenger 

Messenger is a person who is going to communicate the message to his audience or his client or his boss and so on. messenger shall take care following aspect while delivering his message to audience.

  1. Always prepare for his message know each and every aspect of his message which he is going to deliver.
  2. Never loose confidence and faith on himself.
  3. Never feel  superiority complex  if message is deliver to his subordinate.
  4. Never feel inferiority complex if message is deliver to his senior.
Keep calm prepare your content keep faith on yourself and always keep smile on your face.

Role of communication in Business 

In order to deal with the client effective communication is essential to understand their needs and delivering quality product so that market goodwill and market size of the business will increase.

Communication is a life blood of business in each step of management like in planning, organizing staffing, directing and controlling communication is essential because each activity is directly linked with other.

Communication with staff is essential because if they get clarity in  a organisation goal and effective training,productivity will automatically increase.


Role of communication in Jobs

If you want to work in good corporate environment the first essential need is effective communication.

workplace communication is very important to the companies because it allow the company to be productive and operate effectively.

Employees can increase their morale, productivity and commitment if they are able to communicate up and downs the communication chain in organisation.


Role of communication in relationships

Communication is so very important in relationships, all types of relationships, not just romantic relationships. And the communication includes both the verbal and nonverbal varieties. A relationship is a connection and exchange between people. Communication plays a large role in the exchange between people.

Most of the time quarrels among people due to lack of understanding. Through communication we can express our-self effectively and it helps in remove all types of misunderstandings
