Hello.............. Friends  this post is specially for beginners who want to excel there skills in Public Speaking and want to shoots up there level here the following steps if you  regularly follow you find improvement in your  public speaking  skills.

• Good listener

It is the first step of learning any thing ,if you want to become good speaker firstly should be a good listener.

• How to use Paper

Although speaking with the help of paper is not looking pleasant , but if you are beginner you may use it to overcome your fear you may use it but   remember few things before delivery Don't just read the paper,because it will breaks your connection with your audience. Highlights the important points on paper and rehearse your speech.

• Speaking without using Paper

Speaking without using a paper is a best way of Public Speaking. it will improve your body language skills and shoot up your confidence level.

• Trust on Yourself

Before you speak Trust on yourself and feel positive about yourself trust must be 100% not 99%

even if you lose 1% confidence you will lose your 100% automatically

now the Question is 

How to overcome this ?

Just remember few things 

Don't afraid from people sitting in front of you

• may be they are more intelligent than you
• may be they are more educated than you
• may be they are more experienced than you

Ethos:

Ethos (Credibility), or ethical appeal, means convincing by the character of the author. We tend to believe people whom we respect. One of the central problems of argumentation is to project an impression to the reader that you are someone worth listening to, in other words making yourself as author into an authority on the subject of the paper, as well as someone who is likable and worthy of respect.
Characteristics of Ethos or How  to develop Ethos

• Be a Good Person( Trust worthiness)
• Develop deep expertise in your topics
• Market yourself (Personal brand)

Pathos:

Pathos (Emotional) means persuading by appealing to the reader's emotions. We can look at texts ranging from classic essays to contemporary advertisements to see how pathos, emotional appeals, are used to persuade. Language choice affects the audience's emotional response, and emotional appeal can effectively be used to enhance an argument.

Characteristics of Pathos or How  to develop Pathos

Develop emotional connection with your audiences by using

• Themes/Slides/visuals; be sure that your visuals/themes/slides carries emotional power
• Words which add emotional emphasis and logical
• Delivery techniques must be superb

Logos

Logos (Logical) means persuading by the use of reasoning(logical arguments). This will be the most important technique we will study, and Aristotle's favorite. We'll look at deductive and inductive reasoning, and discuss what makes an effective, persuasive reason to back up your claims. Giving reasons is the heart of argumentation, and cannot be emphasized enough. We'll study the types of support you can use to substantiate your thesis, and look at some of the common logical fallacies, in order to avoid them in your writing.

Characteristics of Logos or How  to develop Logos:

Before delivering any message or statement question yourself

• Does your message make sense
• Is your message based on facts & evidences
• will your call-to-action leads to the desired outcome you promise

Hands Movement During Presentation

• Do not put your hands backside ,even if you  dressed too formal but if you put your hands backside its doesn't look formal.
• Do not join your hands, joining  of hands results in intermingle of thoughts i.e. thought blockage.
• Movement within shoulders,in formal speeches generally use straight body & movement of hands should be with in shoulders so  an appropriate gap should be maintain between both hands.
• Use Jazz hands, jazz hands means no gap between  fingers while  moving hands its looks too formal.
