• Do not put your hands backside ,even if you  dressed too formal but if you put your hands backside its doesn't look formal.
• Do not join your hands, joining  of hands results in intermingle of thoughts i.e. thought blockage.
• Movement within shoulders,in formal speeches generally use straight body & movement of hands should be with in shoulders so  an appropriate gap should be maintain between both hands.
• Use Jazz hands, jazz hands means no gap between  fingers while  moving hands its looks too formal.
