 How to manage Time during Speech ?

It is my biggest and one of the most important learning in this year. in this i am sharing basically three things 

1 what to do when in middle we forget content ?

2 what to do when our speech end before the time allotted for presentation  ? 

3 what to do when our some topics are left but time ends ?

Solution of First Problem

when in a middle our we forget content you may simply say sorry and continue with another part which you prepare. or you may do some smart work crack a Quote ,show video ( if allowed) and in mean time arrange thoughts  and continue your presentation.

Solution of Second Problem 

When our speech ends before time allotted for presentation you can overcome this situation by simply asking a questions from audience related to your speech or you may take some margin of safety at the time of preparation of your presentation and share it when it is required and you may tell a story related to topic in this way you may resolve this situation.

Solution to Third Problem?    

You need to prepare your presentation in points form and also prepare summary points of all your main points in case when there is no enough time to discuss all the points in detail and important points are left you may discuss these points in summary time to arrange time. always take care firstly discuss all important points.

How to use Podium and how to use Stage?

Generally podium is used ,in political speeches, by beginners to overcome stage fear, sometime used for professional conferences but  use of entire stage give marvelous impact on our presentation  and boost our confidence and by use of entire stage one can easily read and understand our body language here i am sharing some steps to use podium and entire stage.

Tips to use Podium 

• Your body shall be with in the podium if your half body came out from podium it doesn't look pleasant.
• If you are beginner and have a fear of shivering hands you can put your both hands on podium but not use it again and again because you need to grow out from your fear.
• You may also hold the podium from one hand and move another hand because if you move your   one hand and other hand is dangle than doesn't look pleasant so it is better to hold the podium from one hand or you may move your both hands depend upon your way of delivery.  

Tips to use Entire Stage

• Start your presentation from middle of the stage and raise both hands and loudly give a warm welcome to audience it give marvelous impression to audience.
• Do not Jumped with  one foot to another place if you want to change the place go by step by step walk as your normally walk.
• When came from your seat to middle of stage give positive posture, smile on face and positive attitude and with normal walk.

How to prepare a body for presentation (Health Tips)?

Energetic and powerful performance always comes from healthy body. here i am sharing some tips which is to be consider before presentation and make your presentation powerful, fluent, and energetic.

Power Posture: Always do some stretching exercise before presentation even you may adopt this in regular routine keeps your body healthy and it is best way to overcome laziness and keep your posture straight which give positive impact to your presentation.

Avoid large meal and dairy products: Dairy product like curd shall be avoided before presentation because it effect our throat and  fluency during presentation and  through large meal feel heavy so take light food before presentation.

Mind set: Your attitude play big role in success of your presentation it doesn't matter who is sitting in front of you, your attitude shall be ''when you are on the stage you are the best'' that is  why they are listening to you.

Drink lots of water: water will give flaw to throat and improve your fluency and always take care if your presentation is more than 10 minutes always carry a water bottle with you for flawless presentation.

How to get Audience attention during whole speech ?

Our presentation  or speech  is always for our audience and its your duty to deliver some value to them because they gives us their most valuable resource that is their time and they always expect some value in consideration which is knowledge you are going to share. but the most common problem is how to get attention from audience during whole speech. here i am sharing some tips get audience attention lets start

Powerful words: Use powerful words to start any presentation for example use any quotation of eminent personality or your own quotation, welcome your audience with loud words.

One to one interaction: one to one  interaction with audience is a best way to get audience attention  for example you can question from audience, ask for whether they  understood  topic which you share, resolve there queries.

Pitch variation: same pitch during the whole speech made the speech monotonous and divert the audience attention. use pitch variation for example more emphasis on key words speak them loudly

and powerfully

Activity with audience: you can also do small activity with audience related to your presentation or to deliver some message depend upon type of presentation you are going to deliver.

How to prepare a Script for presentation ?

• Script play vital role in any presentation because "your words can change your world." 
• While preparing script your each word shall be powerful, meaningful and beneficial for your audience.
• Know your subject backward and forward. It means you shall need to do in depth research on topic which you going to deliver.
• Sources to prepare script 

1. Website of company if it is related to company.
2. You tube to watch similar presentation get idea to prepare content.
3. Wikipedia to get autobiographies of esteemed personalities.
4. Read blogs on related topic which you going to present
5. Group discussions on various topics are available on internet in text form as well as on videos you can use it to prepare script
