How to use Podium and how to use Stage?

Generally podium is used ,in political speeches, by beginners to overcome stage fear, sometime used for professional conferences but  use of entire stage give marvelous impact on our presentation  and boost our confidence and by use of entire stage one can easily read and understand our body language here i am sharing some steps to use podium and entire stage.

Tips to use Podium 

• Your body shall be with in the podium if your half body came out from podium it doesn't look pleasant.
• If you are beginner and have a fear of shivering hands you can put your both hands on podium but not use it again and again because you need to grow out from your fear.
• You may also hold the podium from one hand and move another hand because if you move your   one hand and other hand is dangle than doesn't look pleasant so it is better to hold the podium from one hand or you may move your both hands depend upon your way of delivery.  

Tips to use Entire Stage

• Start your presentation from middle of the stage and raise both hands and loudly give a warm welcome to audience it give marvelous impression to audience.
• Do not Jumped with  one foot to another place if you want to change the place go by step by step walk as your normally walk.
• When came from your seat to middle of stage give positive posture, smile on face and positive attitude and with normal walk.
