How to prepare a body for presentation (Health Tips)?
Energetic and powerful performance always comes from healthy body. here i am sharing some tips which is to be consider before presentation and make your presentation powerful, fluent, and energetic.
Power Posture: Always do some stretching exercise before presentation even you may adopt this in regular routine keeps your body healthy and it is best way to overcome laziness and keep your posture straight which give positive impact to your presentation.
Avoid large meal and dairy products: Dairy product like curd shall be avoided before presentation because it effect our throat and fluency during presentation and through large meal feel heavy so take light food before presentation.
Mind set: Your attitude play big role in success of your presentation it doesn't matter who is sitting in front of you, your attitude shall be ''when you are on the stage you are the best'' that is why they are listening to you.
Drink lots of water: water will give flaw to throat and improve your fluency and always take care if your presentation is more than 10 minutes always carry a water bottle with you for flawless presentation.
